What is your return / exchange policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange any item for any reason within 30 days.

To return or exchange any non-prescription item:

    1. Contact us at CustomerService@Nearsights.com to let us know about your return or exchange and to receive a Return Authorization Number
    2. Mail your item to:

Order # is the 4-digit order number from your order confirmation

We will process your request and issue a refund as soon as we receive your tracking number.

For all prescription monocle returns: You will be credited the full amount of your purchase minus a $30 restocking fee, since all prescription monocles are made especially for you and cannot be resold.
