Do you offer free shipping?
Yes - Orders for $25.00 or more to US addresses quality for free shipping via USPS First Class Mail. This includes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
All of our stock items (reading monocles, accessories, et cetera) are available for both US and international customers.
All custom items (prescription monocles, tinted monocles, and mirrored monocles) are limited to US customers only.
Will I need to pay customs duties on my international order?
All of our orders are shipped with the required customs paperwork, and sometimes postal officials will hold packages for customs duties. And - In our experience this happens very rarely. There is a very good chance that your international order will not required customs duties.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 (Noon) Eastern will ship same day; orders placed after 14:00 (2:00) Eastern will ship next business day.
Do you ship on the weekends?
No - our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed over the weekend will ship first thing on Monday morning (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday).

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes - once your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
